Workshop Style This course is based on a combination of interactive activities individual exercises and discussions. Participants will benefit from facilitative style discussions with the trainer and participants will be encouraged to get involved and learn by doing. The eventual outcome will be completion of a personal action plan which will ensure that each team member understands how and what they can do from the moment they return to their work. We would ask that all attendees bring a laptop computer to the workshop.
