The aim of this course is to help delegates build confidence in using the exciting array of digital marketing and social media tools from Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to websites, blogs and e-newsletters to help improve their customer and internal communication.

The beauty of this course is that delegates can use the techniques and their learning for themselves at the same time as building this knowledge into their campaigns and plans.

It is designed for those in a PR, marketing, sales, and business development or communications role and for everyone who wishes to maximise the effectiveness of the internet and social media.

By the end of this course delegates will be able to:

  • Create effective online copy writing for social networking, blogs, newsletters and websites

This course is based on a combination of interactive activities individual exercises and discussions. Participants will benefit from facilitative style discussions with the trainer and participants will be encouraged to get involved and learn by doing. The eventual outcome will be completion of a personal action plan which will ensure that each team member understands how and what they can do from the moment they return to their work. We would ask that all attendees bring a laptop computer to each workshop.
