Bristol Business College in conjunction with Train to Gain's new Leadership and Management Development Programme will enable you to raise your managers' capability and performance. In addition, as Bristol Business College is an approved Training Provider you will receive a grant of up to £1000 to assist the implementation of agreed development actions.
Bristol Business College offer a free and impartial assessment of your organisation's development needs in relation to leadership and management development. We can also process application for funding on your company's behalf.
What does the funding cover?
The funding can be used to support a broad range of leadership and management development activity. For example, at Bristol Business College, most, if not all of our Training Workshops and Professional Evening Diploma courses qualify, including:
- Management & Leadership Training
- Appraisal & Performance Management Training
- Conflict Management Training
- Change Management Training
- Project Management Training
- Supervisory Management Training
- Team Leadership Training
- Tailored development programmes
- Specialist coaching or mentoring to provide one-to-one or team based development
- organisational development consultants who may deploy a range of business improvement frameworks
- Specialists facilitators to aid strategic development or team building activities
- All of our Professional Evening Diploma Courses including the;
- Professional Diploma in Business (Management) Studies and the
- Professional Graduate Diploma in Management Studies
Who qualifies for leadership and management funding?
Companies in the private and voluntary sector with 5 to 249 employees
Note: Participating companies must contribute £500 (excl VAT) in order to receive the maximum grant of £1000.
