Diploma in Project Management

Diploma in Project ManagementCourse Introduction

As a management discipline, Project Management has evolved in order to enable managers to successfully plan, co-ordinate and control the often complex and diverse activities of modern industrial and commercial projects. Project Management is now recognised as a necessity for survival. It has become the favoured management technique for accomplishing specialised missions or work, when the normal organisational structure or methods of assignment are not sufficiently responsive, flexible or efficient. Project Management is continuing to evolve from a set of skills to a profession and the pace of this evolution is increasing.
